Self-employment or Employment?

Self-employment or Employment?

Icome StreamHow many of us are happy in our employment or are you even respected by your employers?

How much are you paid for your services, is it your true worth or value?

Do you have money put by for a rainy day or are you playing the game of chance?

Is your family secure?

Do they have what they need now and in the future?

These are very probing questions which many of us tend to ignore, in the hope that things will get better one day. (you might win the lottery, someday.)

Did you know that in the corporate environment, providing twice as much value doesn’t always mean getting twice as much reward! (especially if you are female)

Working for yourself and having close contact to your market means that any extra effort is more likely to be rewarded whilst working for somebody else is like renting an apartment whereas working for yourself is like owning your home.

An employee has one income stream; the employer and the self-employed has several income streams, for example; clients, products, affiliations etc.

Entrepreneurship is natural for most people because that’s how we survive by selling ourselves and our abilities.

You have it within you; the skills and abilities that you need to start and build a successful online business which you can do without leaving your current employment if you don’t want to.

There will always be a fear factor; those that are terrified at the thought of ever leaving their job until one day they read it in the newspaper that they don’t have a job anymore, which is what happens when there is no plans for a rainy day, just the hope that it will never come.

By managing your time and making a commitment to your future, you can create a security blanket to cover you in case of any personal misfortune.

We did a post earlier in this series “Why take the risk?”, which pointed out that; “the benefits can outweigh the risk”.

Many of us are faced with these very same questions and want to answer them, but because we are trapped in the security of our comfort zones we place them in the “Wednesday Box”, what is a “Wednesday Box”? I hear you asking, well it is the box that we can put anything in that we don’t want to deal with that day; unless that day is Wednesday then we leave it till the next Wednesday.

This can work very well until it is realised that we are merely deferring and sometimes burying the issue.

There is a quote by Max Depree that I like and use a lot, which states; “We cannot become what we want to be by remaining what we are”.

A lot of people bury their issues every day, because it is easier than making changes.

Imagine that if you could do the same amount of work that you do now and earn the kind of money your boss is making!

I can hear you from here saying; “it’s not possible”; without the right structure, no it’s not, so create it!

If you bring what you know to the table and add some commitment, learning, tools and support; what do you think that would cook up? (a tasty recipe)

The idea is to make a change in your life that will see to it that you work fewer hours whilst making more money than you are now. ( simple)

What if you could learn from people who have done it already, if you can get the support and the tools that you need to build your business; then why not try the ‘FREE Trial Offer‘ to build your website in 30 seconds?
